I am so worked up right now about Lenovo's completely incapacity to give me any useful information about my order that I'm not fit company to talk to anyone.
I called to cancel. The sales rep gave me a measly mouthed "Well, it'll take 24-48 hours to contact the warehouse, and it might be sitting in a box all ready to ship, and then you might not want to cancel it because then you'll incur a restocking fee."
If it takes 24-48 hours to contact your warehouse department to get information on my fucking order, then you are obviously not a company that I want to be dealing with. You're a freaking computer company, for chrissake. UPS gives me more reliable information on where my package is in the country than you can give me on a laptop that should be in your own goddamn factory.
Right now, I wish so badly that Alienware stocked Tablet PCs. At least they know how to treat customers.
