| | sleepy | ] | I've decided to start sewing clothing again. I kind of felt like I'd like to, and I have a collection of fabric from when I was planning to do so, so it's not very expensive, either. I did need a few odds and ends: black thread for one vest, lining for two of them, interfacing for two, and buttons for all. I had everything else, and it came out to about $20. Not too bad for three vests, though it is discounting the cost of the non-lining fabric, and I already had thread for two and lining for one.
Great, I'm prepared! Unfortunately, you're supposed to preshrink the fabric before starting, which involves a full wash/dry cycle -- you know, about two hours long?
Sigh. Hurry up and wait. |
