So, about that 'no power' thing. Apparently we made the news this time, but I suppose this is also worse than the snowstorm we had. We're fine, though cold... there's a mini-mall with power and functioning restaurants in Bothell. They're saying that power could take 10 days to restore in Sammamish, no info on our provider, hope it's faster than that.

Massive windstorm. Up to 70mph winds, I think. It sounds like about half the primary power feeder lines in the area were taken down. That's not including the damage to the general infrastructure, looks like they have no idea yet there how bad it is. We expect it might be 2-3 more days until we get power back..
