1,283.

I'm a little surprised I got so far on it today. Working out the interactions in the scene I had been working on took a lot of effort, and I really had to think on how the characters would react. At 9:00 I had only written ~700 words. Moving into the next scene invigorated me a little, I guess. I should plan out the next few scenes a little deeper, making sure that I understand where I'm going.

I like the new character, though he's a delicate balancing act and rather difficult to write. Also, he tends to say uncomfortable things, which means he shakes up the dialogue a bit.

Thursday... more bug fixing. Bwah. I'm tired.

Did watch this week's Commander in Chief (Tivo'ed) last night, was pretty entertaining. I loved what she did with the book. Very cool.

What kind of feedback would be most useful to you on this?

Right now, feedback that could help going forward. If there's any comments you want to make about things that I should change in the future or things that you think I'm doing well and should continue, that would help.

*reiterates Ketsugami's query*

Is Commander in Chief any good? I was rather put off by the fact that it has Geena Davis in it, so I haven't watched any.

It's entertaining and somewhat informative, at least if they're getting it more or less right. And it doesn't draw too much from real politics, which is nice.
